Eating out shouldn't mean giving up on knowing what you're eating. But for people who track their nutrition, it often does. The data either doesn't exist, lives in a PDF buried on a website, or has to be entered manually — one ingredient at a time.
We built Composure because we lived that frustration. And because the outlets we love most — the ones who genuinely care about their food — deserve better tools to share what they know.

Composure was founded in Herefordshire in 2026. It started with a personal health transformation, a social enterprise food truck idea, and a frustration with manually entering macro data from a PDF every time we ate at our favourite restaurant.
It's built around a belief that life-changing transformation is achievable by everyone given the right conditions. Potential doesn't expire — people who don't have a head start in life often have the most to offer. Second Bite, our founding outlet, trains people who've faced barriers to employment in food, hospitality, and small business skills. Their food truck is where Composure was first tested. Their story is why it exists.
We're at an early stage and selectively looking for outlet partners, integration conversations, and people who share our belief in food transparency.
